Nobuhiko Kazama (風間信彦 Kazama Nobuhiko) (born July 18, 1958 in Nagano Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actor currently affiliated with Aoni Production. He is known for his work in Dragon Ball Z (1989), Dragon Ball GT (1996) and Dragon Ball Z: Wrath of the Dragon (1995). Other famous voicing roles of him include Gara and General Blue from Doctor Slump, Chick from Spectral Force, and Mathias Cronqvist from Castlevania: Lament of Innocence.
He voiced the arrogant and self-indulgent main antagonist, Archduke Nonsense, and his loyal general, Major Mossgreen, in TwinBee Yahho!: Fushigi no Kuni de Ōabare!!
