Gattlantis (ガトランティス Gatorantisu) is the main antagonist and the seventh and last boss in Moero TwinBee: Cinnamon-hakase o Sukue!
Description[]
Gattlantis resembles a huge mechanical snake. He's revealed through the game's plot to be the grandson of King Spice, the main antagonist of the first game.
It is later revealed in TwinBee Da!! that Gattlantis was created by Dr. Nikki.
Attack patterns[]
Gattlantis moves in a wave-like pattern while heading toward the player and then tries to encircle them. This boss is not too hard in itself (he doesn't even shoot any bullets), but the seven segments constituting his body could be what could pose a problem to the player, especially when the player is encircled and may have a difficult time finding a way out. Gattlantis also can exit the screen from on side and reappearing on the other. The head is his weak point. If the player has the Beam laser weapon, this boss can be destroyed in no time.
Once destroyed, it grants a bonus of 20,000 points and will also split into eight yellow bells for additional points.

Trivia[]
- His name is very similar to Battlantis, a 1987 top-view shooter video game, also by Konami; although it is unknown if this is a reference or just a coincidence.
