Dr. Nikki is the main antagonist in TwinBee Da!! He is a mad scientist and childhood rival of Dr. Cinnamon. He is revealed to be the creator of the main antagonists from previous games: King Spice, Gattlantis, Poko Poko and Cyber Poppo. Because of this, he is considered to be the overall main antagonist of the original TwinBee titles.
History[]
Dr. Nikki was Dr. Cinnamon's childhood rival. Whereas Cinnamon decided to use his intellect for the greater good, Nikki became a mad scientist. He resides in Puka Puka Island, which floats in the sky.
Among his creations are:
- King Spice, who invaded Donburi Island in TwinBee.
- Gattlantis, who kidnapped Cinnamon in Moero TwinBee.
- Demon King Poko Poko, who kidnapped GwinBee in TwinBee 3: Poko Poko Daimaō.
- Cyber Poppo, the final boss in TwinBee Da!!

- No artwork of Dr. Nikki exists through all the TwinBee media; he's only known by his evil deeds, which are mainly mentioned along the plot of TwinBee Da!!
- While his physical appearance has never been revealed, it's stated that he wears an eyepatch and fashions swept back hair.
- The fate of Dr. Nikki remains unclear following the destruction of his floating island.
