The Café Fantasian (喫茶ファンタジアン Kissa Fantajian) coffee shop is a recurring location in the TwinBee series. It is a popular café establishment located in Dandelion Town in Donburi Island and is managed by the blond pigtailed girl, Madoka. Besides coffee, the establishment also sells cakes and other types of sweets, such as cookies. Madoka can generally be seen attending the place in the afternoons, after class hours, and it serves as the setting for some scenes of the TwinBee anime.
Besides the main establishment, Café Fantasian is also known to have a small branch stand in Tulip Beach, where Madoka sells her delicacies during holidays.
