Big BaronBee (ビッグ バロンビー Biggu BaronBī) is a boss in the "Boss Rush" stage (Stage 7) of the original Super Famicom version of Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius. It is an airship piloted by BaronBee from the TwinBee series.
Description[]
Big BaronBee, as its name implies, is a large airship piloted by BaronBee, who returns for a rematch after his defeat in Stage 3.
The flying vessel somewhat resembles a combination between a stereotypical bumblebee android from the TwinBee series and Michael, the angelic pig from Parodius; as such, it also bears wings and a halo over its head.
It has three basic attacks:
- Shoots projectiles at the player with its guns.
- Launches two rotating gears which will chase the player for a determined amount of time.
- Charges at the player.
Once destroyed, it leaves the player fighting BaronBee on his own.
